1.If any quality problems occur within guarantee period, LEADING shall provide free maintenance service.

2.LEADING shall take the single freight cost within the 2-year guarantee period. Once the warranty period expires, LEADING shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred.

3.Once the 2-year warranty period expires, LEADING shall provide a favorable price for maintenance service.

4.Providing that any of the following circumstances happen, LEADING shall not take any responsibility for the equipment troubles:
4.1 Unauthorized disassembling or repairing;
4.2 Malfunction by misuse;
4.3 Out of the warranty period;
4.4 Void or broken series number seal tape;

5.Warranty will not be provided under the following circumstances:
5.1 Damage due to the users’ misuse;
5.2 Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters;
5.3 Malfunction caused by misuse, including unauthorized disassembly, improper testing, etc.
5.4 Shell damage or components damage in use.

6.Cost for after-sales technical support.
LEADING will send engineers to help with installation and maintenance guidance, but the client should bear all the expenses incurred for the after-sales technical service, including visa fee, boarding fee, meals, transportation fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers’ visa arrangement.

7. LEADING provide 2-3 years warranty by considering the management cost. Please state your special requirement with us if you need a longer warranty period.
